The Custody Operations Associate supports safe, accurate, and timely digital asset custody activities, including transfers, reconciliations, monitoring, and exception management, in a fast-paced, highly regulated overnight environment.

This role emphasizes risk management, client service standards, and proficiency with custody and asset servicing functions within Fidelity's 24/7 operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years in financial services, operations, custody, asset servicing, brokerage, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight and weekend schedules as required.
• Experience supporting custody, settlements, reconciliations, or asset servicing functions.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets.
• Familiarity with operational risk and control frameworks.
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
• Understanding of institutional digital asset custody services.
