Job summary

Fidelity, through Fidelity Digital Assets, seeks a Team Lead for Custody Operations (Night Shift) to oversee overnight custody activities. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate processing of digital asset transactions, reconciliations, and asset movements while maintaining controls and risk management.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services/custody, strong leadership, and experience with 24x7 operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of operations experience within financial services, custody, or digital assets.
• Experience as SME, senior associate, or team lead.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, reconciliations, settlements, and asset movement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day custody operations during overnight hours.
• Lead a team of custody operations associates as first-level leadership.
• Ensure accurate processing of digital asset transactions, reconciliations, and asset movements.
• Maintain strong risk and control environment and manage workflow priorities.
• Resolve escalations and support continuous improvement in operations.
