The role requires 5+ years in financial services operations, leadership experience, and deep knowledge of custody and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience within financial services, custody, brokerage, asset servicing, or digital assets.
• Experience as a subject matter expert, senior associate, or team lead.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, reconciliations, settlements, and asset movement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within digital asset, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related operations.
• Understanding of operational risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working within a 24x7 operational support model.
• Continuous improvement, Lean, or process optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of digital asset custody operations during overnight hours.
• Serve as the first level of leadership for a team of custody operations associates.
• Ensure accurate processing of digital asset transactions, reconciliations, and asset movements.
• Manage workflow priorities, escalations, and ensure a strong control environment.
• Support risk and regulatory compliance through robust processes and governance.
