Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Desk-side Support Technician II to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across end-user devices in a busy warehouse environment. You will manage desktop provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle tasks, ensuring smooth operation of laptops, PCs, thin clients, and mobile devices.

The role requires 1 year of hands-on end-user support experience and familiarity with SCCM/AD. A related associate or bachelor’s training is preferred, with opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting end-user equipment and telephony
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, building, and deploying desktop computers in a warehouse
• Experience in a supply chain or warehouse environment desired

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues
• Maintain and manage workload through ITSM ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients, and mobile devices
• Use SCCM and Active Directory to diagnose and correct issues
• Support and train end users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 Outlook
