Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor for a third shift (9:00 pm – 6:30 am) to lead receiving, storage, and shipping operations. You will manage budgets, safety programs, inventory control, and ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to supervise teams and coordinate with the specialization manager and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervises support roles with responsibility for performance reviews and training.

• Works closely with the distribution center management team.
• Communicates with management and occasionally with senior leadership.
