Qualifications

• High School or GED degree.
• 4-6 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance and inventory control systems, manual or automated.
• Champion safe working conditions and monitor equipment safety.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with management to ensure efficiency.
• Evaluate team performance, provide training, and report findings to management.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Record inventory transactions using manual or automated systems.
• Reinforce SEAL and Standard Work principles and assist with SEAL Operating Systems.
• Supervise and assist with daily activities of assigned shifts.
