Job summary

Boot Barn Distribution Center is seeking a Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead nightly picking, packing, and shipping. The role focuses on coaching a team to meet KPIs, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with management to optimize distribution center performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a DC and 3+ years in supervision, with experience in HighJump WMS, RF tech, and UPS World Ship. Position is non-exempt with evening/night schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of distribution center experience.
• At least 3 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of HighJump WMS and RF applications.
• OSHA regulations understanding and safety compliance.
• Experience with UPS World Ship or similar shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the DC's nightly operations.
• Oversee nightly picking, packing and shipping procedures.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure safety compliance per OSHA and company policy.
• Directly manage employees on the second shift.
• Lead, guide and coach team to achieve goals.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and management.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of workflows.
