Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead nightly picking, packing and shipping operations. You will coach a team, ensure KPI achievement, and enforce OSHA safety standards while coordinating with the DC Shift Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DC operations, 3+ years in leadership, and familiarity with WMS (HighJump) and RF devices; forklift and pallet jack proficiency is required. Competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Distribution Center operations.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of HighJump, WMS, and RF applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Distribution Center's nightly operations.
• Oversee nightly picking, packing and shipping procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to meet KPIs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per OSHA.
