Job summary

You will drive productivity, quality, and safety while coaching DC associates and aligning with stakeholders across Transportation, Distribution, and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in related industry.
• Experience in high-volume ecommerce operations.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to manage managers and supervisors.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a functional area in the DC and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Train and manage DC associates.
• Maintain knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms.
• Manage collection, reporting using SAP, Excel, WMS.
• Report on operations metrics (productivity, quality, safety).
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and report incidents.
• Continuously optimise DC operations with stakeholders.
