Job summary

adidas seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Back Half Night shift in Wilkes-Barre, PA to lead a high-volume DC supporting ecommerce and retail channels.

You will manage, train, and develop managers and associates, optimize WCS/WMS processes, and report on productivity, quality, and safety. Strong data skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a demanding environment and offers opportunities to influence Adidas’ fastest growing channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in distribution/fulfillment operations.
• Experience with high-volume ecommerce distribution centers; SAP/WMS reporting.
• Strong data analysis and proficiency with Excel and SQL queries.
• Ability to train and manage managers and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a DC functional area and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Train and manage DC associates.
• Maintain working knowledge of WCS/WMS platforms.
• Report operations metrics and safety data.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and incident reporting.
