Uberall is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Night Shift of the Data Operations team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment, with a strong track record of optimizing workflows and ensuring efficient execution across the organization.

The role requires overseeing a night shift from 10pm to 7am, coordinating resources, and delivering reliable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in data operations, QA, data entry or related field.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, set clear goals, and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Contribute to development and execution of the team's operational strategy.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency.
• Plan and allocate resources including scheduling and capacity planning.
• Establish performance objectives, track metrics, and provide feedback.
