Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of operations, account management, logistics, or related experience.
• 1+ years of people-management experience and ability to work an After Hours schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own daily After Hours operations, including workload, queues, service levels, staffing, and escalations.
• Translate organizational goals into team priorities and use data to drive process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing After Hours team with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Build a culture of ownership, adaptability, and customer service while managing attendance and productivity.
