• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data center operations and monitoring.
• Technical knowledge via apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center facilities and alarms per procedures.
• Monitor UPS, generators, HVAC, fire and water systems.
• Monitor campus network devices and central servers.
• Install and monitor rack, server, and network equipment.
• Maintain logs of hardware, software errors and outages.
• Attend training classes to develop skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
