Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Data Center Operations Manager to lead night-shift activities and independently manage one or more data centers. You will drive performance analyses, monitor facility health, and implement major enhancements in collaboration with global teams.

You will oversee expansions, installations, and routine maintenance, directing upgrades and logistics while championing Lean/Six Sigma processes and knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data center sites and expansions.
• Proven ability to lead incident resolution and RCA.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Site Portfolio Management: manage one or more data centers.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: trend analyses for capacity, temp, availability, and more.
• Issue Management and Automation: lead incident response and implement automation.
• Data Center Expansion Support: oversee new region builds and capacity planning.
• Installation and Maintenance: oversee installations, inventory, and logistics.
• Planning & Execution: coordinate tasks across multiple projects.
• Collaboration & Partnership: align with leaders and stakeholders.
