Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience or a Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Operationally responsible for a Data Center.
• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians.
• Manage performance of a diverse team across locations.
• Develop career paths for employees and update internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Ensure 24/7 shift operations and hardware logistics management.
• Act as SME across data center operations.
• Meet operational KPIs and metrics.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Manage large-scale outage events and act as call leader.
• Maintain on-call schedule and vacation coverage.
• Travel to data centers for training or deployment as needed.
