Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations lead in the United States to independently manage one or more data centers, drive performance analyses, and monitor facility health. Qualifications

• Independently manage one or more Data Centers and lead performance analyses across capacity, temperature, availability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Site Portfolio Management: Independently responsible for at least one data center and coordinate related activities.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Lead trend analyses for capacity, temperature, and availability; identify patterns and propose improvements.
• Issue Management and Automation: Guide on-the-ground incident resolution and implement automation to mitigate problems.
• Data Center Expansion Support: Lead expansion projects and coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet timelines and capacity needs.
• Installation and Maintenance: Oversee installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics; advise on upgrades and rack deployments.
