Job summary

Sundt Construction in Texas is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead night-shift field operations on complex projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise field activities, manage safety, costs, productivity, and quality, and provide technical direction to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

You will develop the CPM schedule, leverage LEAN methods, and coordinate with owners and subcontractors to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Develop and manage the project management plan and schedules.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate documentation of constructability issues and clarifications.
• Develop and manage construction plans to ensure profitable execution.
• Ensure work adheres to contract terms and safety standards.
• Provide leadership to the project team and subcontractors.
• Maintain CPM schedule and apply LEAN processes for weekly plans.
• Prevent and resolve potential claims in a timely manner.
• Support project quality and safety plans per Sundt standards.
