Job summary

Nexus Data Centers is seeking seasoned Night Shift Superintendents to lead field construction across its Hill County, TX campus. You will own nightly field execution for your discipline, coordinating crews, schedule adherence, and safety across multiple subcontractors.

This role requires 7+ years in heavy industrial or large-scale construction, strong leadership, and the ability to work on-site nights in Hubbard, TX, supporting RFIs, submittals, inspections, and turnover activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Superintendent in heavy industrial or large-scale construction.
• Proven field leadership managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of discipline codes, standards, and inspections.
• Willingness to work night shifts on-site in Hubbard, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own nightly field execution for your discipline, including sequencing, crew coordination, and productivity across multiple subcontractors.
• Drive schedule adherence and flag or resolve field issues before they cause delays.
• Enforce quality standards and safety protocols across your scope.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and QA/QC on RFIs, submittals, and inspections.
• Manage subcontractor performance, manpower loading, and material logistics for your area.
• Participate in nightly progress meetings and look-ahead scheduling, and coordinate handoff with day shift leadership.
• Support commissioning teams as systems move from construction to turnover.
