Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead the night-shift field operations, plan, coordinate, and supervise projects. You will provide technical direction and be responsible for safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and quality, including self-performed work.

The role includes developing the project plan, reviewing drawings, coordinating with the Project Manager, and leading weekly meetings to ensure schedule adherence and successful startup.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of construction (technology, equipment, methods), negotiations, cost control, scheduling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing shop drawings, submittals, change orders and purchase orders.
• Collaborates with the Project Manager to develop the PMP, procurement and safety plans.
• Conducts weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors and prepares daily field status reports.
• Develops and manages the construction plan for successful execution and profitability.
• Ensures work is executed according to contract terms and maintains project schedule.
• Leads and guides the project team toward relentless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains CPM Project Schedule and applies LEAN processes and Weekly Work Plans.
