Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a hyperscale data center project in Saint Francisville, LA. This on-site, night-shift role will drive daily scheduling, planning, and on-site coordination to ensure safe, timely delivery of critical facilities.

You will lead a team, manage materials and equipment, and coordinate with owners, designers and subcontractors to meet project goals while upholding Jacobs’ safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Construction site experience at a leading project site.
• Experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site.
• Ensure materials, equipment and personnel are available to execute the work.
• Prioritize safety, health and well‑being of the team and the environment.
• Coordinate with owners, designers and subcontractors to drive project execution.
