Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Night Shift team for a hyperscale data center project in Saint Francisville, LA. You will help deliver planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management and design-build services, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to meet scope, budget and schedules.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, managing document control, reviewing RFIs/submittals, monitoring progress and coordinating changes with project

Qualifications

• Experience in managing data center construction projects
• Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction and building systems
• Demonstrated expertise in Civil, Structural and Architectural construction management

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly meetings with Subcontractor and document outcomes
• Ensure latest technical drawings/specs are available to Subcontractor
• Review RFIs and submittals for completeness
• Monitor subcontractor schedule and coordinate with team
• Coordinate changes with CSA, Subcontracts Admin and cost control
• Approve pay applications before ACM review
