Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a night shift on a hyperscale data center project in Saint Francisville, LA. You will lead daily scheduling, ensure materials and personnel are on site, and prioritize safety and environmental stewardship while guiding your team.

Ideal candidates will have pharma/GMP facility experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Bluebeam. Onsite full-time role with competitive benefits and base salary.

Qualifications

• Construction site experience. Should have hands-on site leadership and coordination.
• Experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site.
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are available to get the job done.
• Maintain safety, health and wellbeing of your team and the environment.
• Lead client and construction meetings and coordinate with owners/designers.
