Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Construction Manager to join the Night Shift team supporting a hyperscale data center project in Saint Francisville, LA. You will manage scopes, budgets, contracts and schedules to meet client objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in data center construction, strong contract management skills, and the ability to lead subcontractors and field teams while coordinating with engineering and project controls for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center or life science/pharma facility construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction management in civil, structural and architectural.
• Experience leading contractors and superintendents.
• Ability to manage CSA scopes from bid to turnover.
• Experience monitoring project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Host weekly meetings with subcontractor and coordinate with Subcontract Administrator.
• Ensure subcontractor has latest technical documents.
• Review RFIs and submittals for completeness.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and expedite with engineering.
• Visit subcontractor fabrication shops to expedite deliveries.
• Coordinate with project controls to track progress.
