Responsibilities

• Review job tickets to determine components, settings, and adjustments.
• Measure materials with rulers and micrometers to verify conformance.
• Adjust controls to alter position, speed, or pressure.
• Maintain robotic equipment and modify robot movements as needed.
• Coordinate with Lead Operator to use team during downtime.
• Keep production records of quantities, materials, and dimensions.
• Keep work area clean following 5S and safety practices.
• Support other departments as production needs arise.
