Responsibilities

• Back-up for key positions to ensure continuous site operation.
• Train and develop across multiple departments (Web Cutting, Die Shop, Stock Puller, Baler).
• Assist Die Shop operations, including die components management.
• Train on operation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Web Cutter, Gluers, and related automation.
• Drive daily performance of equipment and address safety, quality, and efficiency gaps.
• Maintain a clean work environment following 5S and Food Safety standards.
