Qualifications

• Experience operating a folder/gluer, preferably in a folding carton environment.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate gluers to meet production standards.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain safety, quality, and speed.
• Log productivity and production data in the computer system.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
• Rotate to different machines and areas as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
