Job summary

Ideal Setech, LLC is seeking a Production Support Representative in Burton, MI for the overnight shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM). The role acts as first contact when production stops, dispatches repairs, and analyzes downtime data to reduce downtime.

The position requires an Associate degree or equivalent training with 2–3 years of related experience, plus strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills and familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, and Maximo.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent training in specialized area with a minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive work related experience.
• Client interface skills, knowledge of manufacturing, purchasing, materials and inventory management required.
• Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Operates systems to perform job functions; training provided.
• First point of contact when production has stopped.
• Receives inbound radio calls and logs information.
• Relays machine down status and coordinates maintenance dispatch.
• Gathers root-cause information and countermeasures with maintenance.
• Interprets data and Pareto charts in Power BI format.
• Maintains crib inventory and assists customers with parts.
