Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness locations. You will deliver exceptional member experiences, answer calls, greet and sign up members, and process transactions at the point of sale.

You’ll promote fitness offerings and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic computer skills, and are 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to our current and new members.
