Job summary

National Fitness Partners operates Planet Fitness franchises and is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. The role centers on greeting members, handling sign-ups, and promoting fitness classes in a Judgement Free environment.

The position offers weekend shifts (Fri–Sun, 9am–5pm), growth opportunities, and benefits like PTO and an Employee Assistance Program. Must be 18+, with basic computer skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
