Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior level of member service at our gym. You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer questions, and process purchases at the point of sale while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $12 per hour with a $1 shift differential for the third shift, and scheduled raises at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones and greet members; sign up and tour new members.
• Log amenities and process purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes and maintain a clean, safe club environment.
