SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Indianapolis Airport team. This full-time role centers on delivering a smooth rental experience by greeting customers, processing reservations, and explaining options.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong communication skills. You will work at IND, handling inquiries and ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assist them throughout the vehicle rental process.
• Process reservations, reservation modifications, and vehicle returns.
• Explain rental agreements, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter and work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
