Job summary

SBM is seeking a Custodian in Mount Pleasant, WI to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, following daily schedules, and operating cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed safety and task training certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Follow the daily schedule and complete assigned tasks
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols
• Present a professional appearance and conduct with customers
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
