Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can perform duties safely and efficiently are welcome to apply.

The shift is Monday through Friday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with a pay rate of $14.50–$15.50 per hour. Applicants may need basic training and a valid driver’s license depending on site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, and safe use.
• Teamwork and reliability on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as per daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and respond to supervision.
