Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and handling hazardous waste processes with proper labeling and packaging.

Shift is Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 12:30am, offering a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits. A driver’s license and forklift certification may be required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment as needed.
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team and support shift lead with punch-list items.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct and communicate with supervisor, co-workers, and customers.
