Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas during Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Training provided with no specific degree required.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, following safety rules, reporting hazards, and supporting the shift lead. Bilingual a plus and ability to follow protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and safety training certificates.
• Bilingual a plus; ability to read and interpret instructions.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe use of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties according to the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Work cooperatively with team to complete tasks.
