Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience is preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks professionally to reflect integrity of the Company.
• Cleans offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators, and stairs.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, stocks supplies and cleans surfaces.
• Cleans furniture, fixtures, windows, and blinds; moves items only as directed.
• Sorts and disposes of waste; replaces trash liners where applicable.
• Cleans telephones with germicidal cleaners; vacuums carpets and floors.
• Cleans light switches, doors, walls, and tables; polishes surfaces.
• Ensures areas are safe; uses PPE and follows safety procedures.
