Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Northeast Ohio seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the team. The role supports the CT department with image quality, patient care, and procedures across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will cross-train and collaborate with Nurses, Physicians, Respiratory Therapists, and other care team members. Night shifts with a 60-hour biweekly schedule, 7pm–7am, plus every-other Sunday on-call will apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT registered Radiology; CT credential to be obtained within one year.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across diverse settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and examination.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication under stress.
• Collaborate with CT staff, nurses, physicians, and care teams.
