Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the CT team for night shifts. The role supports CT imaging, performs CT-guided procedures, and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other care team members.

Requirements include ARRT registration, Ohio radiographer license, BLS, and a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program; preferred ARRT CT credential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program and ARRT-registered radiologic technologist.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images across a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate scheduling for inpatients and outpatients seeking CT imaging.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and exam expectations.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians and radiology team.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and work independently when needed.
