Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP/Blue Yonder/Red Prairie.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to customers and business partners via phone and email.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate next steps.
• Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress for delays or issues.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal teams as needed.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify related documentation.
• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations in systems.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and delivery activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer, shipment, and delivery issues.
• Handle multiple customer requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
