Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for customers, manage paperwork, schedule shipments, and keep operations on track in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will communicate with internal and external customers, organize inbound/outbound shipments, verify documents, and coordinate dock and yard activities, with training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Shipping & Receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
• Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
• Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!
• Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
