Baptist Health Louisville seeks a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Mixed Acuity unit. This full-time night position features three 12-hour shifts and every third weekend in a fast-paced telemetry/critical care setting.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, delivering evidence-based nursing, evaluating responses, and collaborating with the inter-professional team. Kentucky RN license, BCLS, and ACLS within designated timelines required. Sign-on bonus eligible.

Formación

• Active Kentucky registered nurse license
• BCLS required within 90 days of employment
• ACLS required within six months for experienced staff nurses and within one year for new graduates

Responsabilidades

• Performs assessment and reassessment of patients
• Develops and updates plan of care
• Delivers care per policies and current standards
• Evaluates patient responses to treatments
• Uses clinical reasoning and leadership skills to improve outcomes
