Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Mixed Acuity Unit. This full-time role includes night shifts (7pm-7am), three 12-hour shifts per week and every third weekend.

The nurse will implement the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in shared governance to sustain high-quality patient care. A Kentucky license and BCLS are required; ACLS will be required within six months for experienced staff and within one year for

• Active Kentucky RN license is required.
• BCLS required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS will be required within six months for experienced staff nurses and within one year for new graduate nurses.

• Implement the nursing process for assigned patients across age groups (infancy to geriatric).
• Promote positive patient outcomes and deliver quality care.
