Job summary

Baptist Health in Louisville, KY is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Mixed Acuity Unit. The role is full time with three 12-hour day shifts (7am–7pm) per week and every third weekend. A sign-on bonus is available for experienced candidates.

The nurse will implement the nursing process, collaborate with the inter-professional team, and participate in governance to promote high-quality patient care while maintaining adherence to Kentucky Nursing laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky license to practice as a registered nurse.
• BCLS required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS required within six months for experienced staff and within one year for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process for each assigned patient across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
