The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a 36-hour RN for the Critical Care Night shift in New Britain, CT. You will work in a 24-bed CCU, delivering patient-centered care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity environment, where every moment matters.

The ideal candidate has 1 year CCU/med-surgical experience, CT RN license, ACLS and BLS, IV placement, and a commitment to growth through the Nurse Residency program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan of care for complex patient populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced critical care setting.
