The Hospital of Central Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour Critical Care night position in a 24-bed CCU. You will work with an interdisciplinary team providing high-acuity, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices.

Requirements include CT RN licensure, ACLS, IV/line placement, and 1–3 years CCU/med-surgical experience. Nurse residency is offered, along with tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex patient populations.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support high reliability and patient-centered care in a CCU setting.
