Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing.
  • Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
  • One year of experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience as a licensed registered nurse.
  • ACLs certification (ACLS).
  • 1–3 year CCU or med-surgical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan of care for complex patient populations.
  • Provide nursing care under Nursing Leadership guidance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Precept and assist as charge nurse when needed.
