Qualifications
- Must have an active RN license and hospital nursing experience.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care planning abilities.
- Ability to work on a night shift with a focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Performs and documents accurate initial assessment per unit standard.
- Observes and monitors patient lab work and reports abnormalities.
- Develops and documents individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
- Administers and monitors IV medications and other therapies as ordered.
- Responds to codes and assists with bedside procedures as required.
