Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology or equivalent.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in technical laboratory services and operations.
• Certification requirements include MLS/BOC or MT equivalents appropriate for area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads collaboration with pathologists and leadership to support clinical and safety initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Directs and oversees efficient operations, acting as liaison to lab leadership.
• Maintains competency in test systems and processes; serves as SME and competency assessor.
