Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or equivalent.
• ASCP MLS or MT certification (or equivalent specialty certification).
• Minimum 3 years of technical laboratory operations experience.
• Strong leadership experience (Lead Tech, Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within an assigned Core Laboratory discipline.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable laboratory testing.
• Lead, coach, and develop laboratory personnel and manage scheduling and performance.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, FDA, and TJC standards.
