• Review daily menus and production plans, and gather ingredients for prep and service.
• Prepare grab‑and‑go items like salads and sandwiches with consistent quality.
• Execute grill and hot food service during peak periods and prepare items to order.
• Follow recipes and production sheets to ensure high quality and cost control.
• Complete daily prep and pull schedules to support café and grill service.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper holding temperatures.
• Weigh, measure, and prep ingredients for upcoming production.
• Assist with training new food service team members as needed.
• Report equipment issues to the Supervisor and support inventory.
